Can you have too much of a good thing? I don’t think so and that is why I have made a new variation of my favourite snack! This weeks recipe is for Banana Oatcakes with Almonds;
Ingredients
- 3 x Banana
- 125g of Rolled Oats
- 50g of Flaked Almonds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl
- Add the oats and flaked almonds and mix well
- Using two spoons create mini cakes with the mixture and place on a lined baking tray
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
- Allow to cool on a rack before enjoying
I would like to tell you that I will stop boring you with these recipes, but I can make no such promise as whilst baking these Banana Oatcake with Almond treats again this evening I have been inspired by white chocolate and cinnamon so I think that could be coming soon!
